BRADEN LEE
Assistant Director of Sports Performance
Braden’s coaching foundation was built inside high-level performance environments.
Braden interned with SMU Volleyball — a nationally ranked top 10 program — under one of the top performance coaches in the nation (Anthony Cockrill), gaining firsthand experience in the structure, preparation, and attention to detail required at the highest levels of sport.
After interning at EAD, Braden was brought on full-time because of the way he connects with athletes and embodies our standards.
Braden also coaches basketball with Shooters HQ, where his experience on both the strength and basketball side allows him to understand how training translates to the game.
In addition, he works part-time at Reagan Integrated Sports Medicine, expanding his knowledge of recovery, rehabilitation, and athlete health.
Braden cares deeply about the athletes he coaches. He invests in relationships, communicates clearly, teaches with precision, and holds athletes accountable to their potential.
He is relentless about helping athletes grow — both in performance and in character.
