Ages: Middle School-High School

Session Length: 60-70 Minutes

Group Size: 8 Max

How do we get started?

Fill out the contact form and a coach will personally reach out within 24 hours. We'll schedule a quick call to learn about your athlete, answer questions, and determine if EAD is the right fit.

What age do you work with?

We primarily work with middle school and high school athletes. We also train select collegiate and professional athletes.

How often should my athlete train?

Most athletes train 2-4 times per week for optimal development. Frequency depends on age, schedule, and season, and we'll recommend a plan during your initial call.

Do you train in-season athletes?

Yes! Training is always adjusted based on practice and competition schedules. The goal of training is to be your best when it matters most—during the playoffs! If you don't train in-season, you'll lose the progress you made. In-season training focuses on maintaining and even building strength, power, and durability without adding unnecessary fatigue.

How many athletes are in each session?

We cap sessions at 8 athletes max to ensure individualized coaching, real feedback and guidance, and attention to detail, while still getting the benefits of training and competing in a group setting.

How long are training sessions?

Sessions are typically 60-70 minutes. Each session is structured with purpose—including movement prep, speed / agility / jump training, strength and power development, and durability work.

Where do you train?

We currently train at Prince of Peace Christian School, located at 4004 Midway RD Carrollton, TX 75007
